feeding, caleng, shaping, wastage recovering, drying to cooking, can be accomplished in one time.
Trough toughening,crisp type forming machine ,can produce hard biscuit,cake buscuit,walnut cake biscuits,thickness can be adjusted ,and mechanical operation,frequency control of motor speed,adjust freely according to different products,and has advanced functions such as leakage power and alarm automatically.Automatic temperature adjustment freely according to different products,baking,automatic transmission,automatic fuel injection,automatic cooling,etc.
Ø Hundred of moulds and dozens of technical formulas make it possible to produce all kinds of popular biscuits, such as cream biscuits, calcium biscuits, multi-vitamin biscuits and vegetable biscuits.
Ø It can produce different shapes of biscuits, such us round , bone, triangle, or long sticks.

Usually we appreciate T/T 30% deposit , then 70% balance is paid before shipment , we usually offer FOB QINGDAO price. Also accept other ways like L/C.

First, our machine is stable and easy to operate by one man, what you do is just operate the PLC clean the machine regularly. And we will sent you manual and video for helping to learn the machine.
If there is something goes wrong, you can call us, video-chat, e-mail us. And we will give you solutions ASAP. Our engineer also can be distributed to overseas as you required.
