This line is used for production of puffing rice/ peanuts nougat and mainly consists of cooking unit, mixer, press roller, cooling machine and cutting machine. 1-Auto mixing & materials pouring system, materials pouring mouth and feeding can perfect match, and the equipment is more automatic, production is more continuous, capacity is more increased.
2-Forming conveyor belt is lengthened, cooling fans are increased to six pcs, the products can have better cooling effect and also will have better cutting forming effect.
3-The place where lengthways cutter and conveyor belt touch, through special processing, the products will be cutted totally, won’t have phenomenon of adhesion.
4-Crosswise cutter is changed to continuous cutting from before pausal cutting, the production will increase by 40%.
5-Beneath lengthways cutter’s conveyor belt, to install waste materials scraper blade, in order to clean the waste materials which stick on conveyor belt, and the waste materials will be collected by under tray, easy to clear.

1. What's payment terms, trade terms you accept?
Usually we appreciate T/T 30% deposit , then 70% balance is paid before shipment , we usually offer FOB QINGDAO price. Also accept other ways like L/C.

First, our machine is stable and easy to operate by one man, what you do is just operate the PLC clean the machine regularly. And we will sent you manual and video for helping to learn the machine.
