Introduction:
MK100 Puppy treat processing line can produce dog chew snacks, treats, semi moist pet foods, which meet the demands of pet both for nutrition and chewing hobby.

2) Raw material: Corn Starch, Meat Powder.
Flow chart: Raw Material Mix – Screw Conveying – Extruding – Cooling – Cutting – Drying -- Cooling
MK-100 Single Screw Extruder serves to gelatinize flours and starches continuously and automatically. After dosing, the materials are worked by one screw composed by sectional modules for the following functions: forward and backward transport, mixing, feeding of additives, injection of liquids, de-gassing, cooking and forming.
1) The structure is made by carbon steel, and the cover body, mixing tank and all the parts in contacting with the raw material are made by stainless steel 304;
2) A wide range of products can be obtained in a variety of different ways, and can configure various dies simply and rapidly;
3)The use of a continuous automatic process provides greater production outputs than offered by traditional systems, with savings in energy and reduced management cost;
4)Automatic dosing unit for utilization with any type of flours and starches (the size should be 60-80 mesh);
5)The screw is all made by 38CrMoALA and alloy layer with the hardness of 55hrc, which is hard and strong, and has longer service life;
6)Barrel is divided into 3 parts; the hardness of the barrel is 55hrc.
7)The barrel and the screws are modular in structure. Each module is equipped with its own thermoregulation ring with cooling circuits and electric heating resistances;
8) Auto-temperature control system; make the temperature controlling more direct viewing and the parameter more precise;
9) The forced lubrication system, so that it can guarantee the equipment transmission life longer;
10) Equipped with safety device and safety switch, which can sense any abnormal conditions and shut down automatically;
11)Equipped wit cooling system for controlling temperaure;
12) Special tool for quick changing the dies;
13) Self-cleaning function: after each shift, it can be cleaned without Disassembling;
14) Easy operation and maintenance, work stably.
