Double Screw Extruder Unit
Our pet food extrusion machine unit consists of bucket elevator, storage silo, material conveyor, conditioner, feeder, extruder, electric controller and operation platform. The extruder includes drive system, extrusion system, cutting system, heating system, lubricating system and extraction steam system.
Dryer System
- Infrared ray heating tube provides quick temperature adjustment with small heat inertia and high efficiency
- Adjustable transit speed of net belt with precise temperature control
- Sliding board bottom for easy cleaning and maintenance
- Hot wind cycle device ensures even heat distribution
- Double-roller chain and chain drive for stable, smooth operation
Twice Drum Flavoring Line
- Complete system includes hoister, drum machine, flavoring machine and oil sprayer
- Oil sprayer applies atomized oil to products during continuous rolling for even coating
- Wavy baffle belt prevents feed leakage in hoister
- High-temperature, pressure-resistant oil sprayer ensures safety and durability
- Inverter-controlled speed adjustment for precise flavoring control
- Stable drum drive system prevents slipping and jumping
