Shrimp farming requires sinking feed that descends to the bottom within 10 seconds, while bass farming demands floating feed that remains on the surface for up to 4 hours. This flexibility is achieved through precise parameter control. The pellet mill's temperature can be adjusted from 100℃ to 160℃, with pressure ranging from 4MPa to 8MPa. Higher temperature and pressure settings result in more thorough puffing of raw materials, creating pellets with small air bubbles that float. Lower settings produce denser pellets that sink. No machine replacement is necessary—simply press a button on the control panel to switch modes within one minute, providing exceptional convenience for farmers engaged in mixed aquaculture operations.
