For general feed production, the pressure is maintained at 4-5 MPa, and the screw speed of the twin-screw sinking fish feed making machine is 320-350 r/min to balance the extrusion effect and pellet uniformity. If the pellets lack buoyancy, the pressure can be increased to 5-6 MPa while simultaneously reducing the rotation speed by 50-80 r/min to extend the maturation time of the material within the chamber. If the pellets are too hard, the pressure should be reduced to 3-4 MPa, and the rotation speed increased to 350-380 r/min to reduce the extrusion intensity and adapt to the feeding needs of fish.


Parameter fine-tuning: Addressing abnormal situations during production. During production, feed buoyancy and hardness should be sampled and tested every 30 minutes. If pellets sink to the bottom, the temperature should be increased by 5-10℃ and the pressure should be finely adjusted. If pellets are burnt, the temperature should be reduced by 10-15℃, the feeding speed should be increased, and the rotation speed should be increased. If the pellet size is uneven, the cutter speed should be calibrated to ensure that it matches the screw discharge speed. At the same time, check whether the die head orifice is blocked and clean and adjust it in time to ensure that the parameters of the Twin screw small fish food pellet making machine are stable and the feed quality is consistent.
