Pre-operation preparation: Establishing a solid foundation for extruder operation


First, complete raw material pretreatment. Mix fish meal, soybean meal, corn flour, and other raw materials according to the formula, grind to 80-100 mesh, screen to remove impurities, control the raw material moisture content to 12%-14%, and feed it into the hopper after thorough mixing. Check for wear on parts and keep a record of equipment cleaning and maintenance to ensure safe operation next time.
