How to improve the efficiency of a wet floating fish feed extruder machine?

Temperature parameters: Adjusted according to dog food type. General adult wet dog food: Extruder temperature controlled at 85-100℃ to balance cooking and nutrient retention; Puppy wet dog food: Temperature reduced to 70-80℃ to minimize nutrient loss and make the kibble softer and easier to digest; Senior dog/dog with sensitive stomach wet dog food: Temperature maintained at 75-85℃ to avoid high-temperature irritation of the material and reduce gastrointestinal burden. Temperature fluctuations should be controlled within ±2℃ to prevent localized scorching or insufficient extrusion in the wet pet food making machine.

Pressure and speed: Synergistically optimize kibble characteristics. General wet dog food: Pressure 2-4 MPa, speed 280-320 r/min, ensuring compact pellet formation without over-expansion; when pellets are prone to crumbling: increase pressure to 3-4 MPa, decrease speed to 250-280 r/min, extending the material's residence time in the extruder; when material adheres to the die: decrease pressure to 2-2.5 MPa, increase speed to 320-350 r/min, reducing material adhesion. The cutter speed is synchronized with the die to control pellet length and size matching.

Moisture parameters: dynamically adapted to raw materials and environment. The wet dog food making machine's feed moisture content is controlled at 30%-35%. If the raw material is too dry, add clean water through the automatic water addition system, with the addition amount not exceeding 20%; when the ambient humidity is ≥60%, appropriately reduce the initial water addition to avoid excessively wet material clogging the extruder. During production, the moisture content of the finished product is checked every 30 minutes. If it is too high, the temperature of the extruder is increased by 5-10℃. If it is too low, a small amount of clean water is added to ensure that the moisture content of the finished product is stable at 25%-40%.
