Nutritional powder potato rice corn bean modified starch production line is developed to meet the demands of nutrition food. This machine adopts rice flour, corn flour, soybean flour and other nutrition grains flour as raw materials. It has features which are popular with food manufacturers, such as high automation, easy operation, without leak of powder dust, sanitation, saving energy and easy to add all kinds of raw materials and nutriments
2. The model is MK-70, the output is 200-250kg/h.
3. Extruder screws quantity is two.
4. The main body material is stainless steel, which is easy to be cleaned.
5. The screws material is 38CrMoAl, which is wear-resisting.
6. The processing line needs two workers to operate.
7. We advice the plant area is no less than 110 square meters, the length is no less than
22 meters.

It is used to produce infant baby food and some other instant flour products. The raw material is put in the mixer then mixed ingredients are fed into extruder feeder. The extruder is fitted with: special cylindrical holding silo; vibratory doser with hopper to feed the extruding screw; extrusion mechanism and cutting; independent electric panel.
After the extrusion the product is conveyed till the continuous rotary drier through a pneumatic conveyor. The continuous rotary drier has a heat exchanger with gas burner that allows a better heating of the product and it is economically viable owing the low cost of electric power. Case the client prefers we have the electric drier also.
