Description of puffed corn ring snack foor extruding machine line:
This machine designed and produced by our company is produced on the basis of the common corn extruders at home and abroad. Besides, it also has the advantages of our factory. The screw of the machine i as long as 1400mm which is longer than the common one of 1000mm. So that the corn can be melted sufficiently and thus solves the problems of half-cooked, not evenly melting, bad effect in the last half processing period, low working capacity. This machine can extrude many different kinds of materials, such as grains, flour, corn, sticky rice,wheat, beans,starch, meat etc.

Variety shapes are available for ball, tube, stick, ring, fruit loop, car, bear,star, wheel and flower and heart shape by changing the mould in the extruder. We will design and make the moulds according to your requirement after the order.

1. What's payment terms, trade terms you accept?
Usually we appreciate T/T 30% deposit , then 70% balance is paid before shipment , we usually offer FOB QINGDAO price. Also accept other ways like L/C.
2. Does it easy to operate and what can i do if it doesn't work?
First, our machine is stable and easy to operate by one man, what you do is just operate the PLC clean the machine regularly. And we will sent you manual and video for helping to learn the machine.
If there is something goes wrong, you can call us, video-chat, e-mail us. And we will give you solutions ASAP. Our engineer also can be distributed to overseas as you required.
